Untracked sales to exceeding a quota. We got to work with a technology Saas where the sales team needed to increase their sales. We quickly found that their sales team was not tracking their activity. We created a custom sales activity tracking program and after 30 days set a quota for the sales team. 1 month after setting the quota, the sales team was exceeding their quota and the company had the ability to project their yearn end sales. They are now actively hiring new salespeople for the sales process we created.
